Hi, I'm Daniel ... aka Mr. Antsy Pants McGee!

5 years ago I answered yes to both of those questions. Today, I am able to sit in meditation for over 30 minutes a day, and can even go longer than an hour on some days.

I used to suffer from anxiety, depression, financial stress, burnout, I felt like I was constantly chasing my tail. I would get headaches, tight chest, stomach pains and more from the worry I felt constantly.

I wrote this guide for those out there who are like me and who just need a way to start the process with small steps to take to get started.
